CDI FIRE Solutions

Cylinders for Fixed Fire Suppression Systems with Low Pressure Clean Agents:

Cylinders Charged with clean agents (gases): HFC-125, HFC-227ea and FK-5-1-12 Fluid @ 24 bar (360 psi)

The cylinders have electromechanical valves with 24 Vdc solenoid, manometers with automatic supervision, manual and pneumatic actuators, high pressure hoses and other accessories for perfect installation.

Available sizes: 32L, 52L,100L, 240L and 375L

All cylinders loaded with clean agents are supplied with hydraulic calculation built in NFPA 2001 standard software and isometric for installation.

Cylinder Assembly Features:

The cylinders are made of welded carbon steel, painted in red, DOT / ASME Section VIII Division 1 (Compress 2017 Build 7700) standard , for working pressure up to 40 bar, filled with the clean agent defined in the project (HFC-125, HFC-227ea or FK-5-1-12 fluid).

The cylinder is sealed by an electromechanical valve with a 24 Vdc solenoid that is kept closed by the pressure of the clean agent and has a safety device that breaks when there is an increase in internal pressure when reaching the safety limits predetermined in international standards.
